Contel is an established business based in Palmerston North, who provide a range of telephone services to businesses and residents around the Manawatu. One of their primary services is the provision and maintenance of business-grade PABX phone systems. Having been operating for over 20 years, Contel have a developed a reputation for professional, honest and reliable service.
In mid-2009, C-talk approached Contel with a view for them to partner with C-talk to provide Voice over IP solutions for their clients. Up until that point, Contel had little experience with VoIP, but knew that it was a growing technology with increasing demand for it from customers. They decided that the time was right to start getting involved, and agreed to get on-board with C-talk. Since that time, Contel have setup a number of new IP-PABX systems for their clients, and connected them with C-talk’s VoIP service. Manager Paul O’Conner is very pleased with the outcome for their business: “Getting involved with C-talk’s VoIP service has been great for our business.
