C-talk Web PortalThe C-talk Web Portal is an online system for you the customer to manage your C-talk lines. You can adjust a range of options and settings easily and quickly, such as your Voicemail, Call forwarding, PIN code service, Auto Attendant, Remote Dialtone and more! Best of all, it can be done from any computer with access to the internet!
Please Note: This is a brand-new service, and we were SO excited about it, we wanted to release it to you as soon as possible. While much of it is intuitive to use, more help/explanation is needed for some of the features. We haven't yet had time to write a help file for all of the features (see below), but please check back over the next 2 weeks and they'll be completed. Until then, you're welcome to email us with any queries you have. Viewing and adjusting your line options
Use Feature Guides on the Help Article Homepage to learn more about the options available in the portal. Some options not discussed here (eg. Do Not Disturb) are simple and explained with the text in the portal. IMPORTANT: If you are not sure of the effect of a change you wish to make, please contact us FIRST before making the change in the portal. Some settings are important for your phone system to operate as you desire, and changing them will have an adverse effect. We hope you enjoy using the C-talk Web Portal! |
